Healthcare Licensing Consultants in Dubai — GCC & Australia

Healthcare Licensing Dubai support across DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SHA, SCFHS, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA and AHPRA — eight separate licensing authorities, each with its own portal and requirements. Our Dubai office manages your DataFlow verification, exam preparation and application from a single point of contact.

Direct DataFlow Partner: Every licensing pathway we manage — across all eight authorities — runs through our direct DataFlow Group partnership for Primary Source Verification, managed alongside your application rather than as a separate step.

Why Dubai-Based Licensing Support

One team, eight authorities, no guesswork about which one you need

The single most expensive mistake in GCC healthcare licensing is applying to the wrong authority — a DHA licence doesn’t work in Abu Dhabi, an MOHAP licence doesn’t cover Sharjah anymore, and Saudi Arabia’s SCFHS process is entirely separate from Qatar’s QCHP/DHP system. From our Dubai office, we confirm the exact authority your target role requires before a single document is submitted, then manage DataFlow verification, exam preparation and the application itself end to end.

FAQ

Licensing — questions we hear most

It depends entirely on where the job is — Dubai needs DHA, Abu Dhabi needs DOH, the Northern Emirates need MOHAP, Sharjah now needs its own SHA licence, and each other GCC country and Australia has its own separate authority. We confirm this before you apply.
Not directly, but your existing licence and DataFlow report can meaningfully speed up a new application — see our GCC Licence Transfer page for how this works.
We are a direct DataFlow Group partner, meaning your Primary Source Verification is managed as part of our own process, not outsourced or handled at arm’s length.
Yes — AHPRA registration for nurses (via several recognised pathways) and the exam-free Specialist Doctor Pathway for experienced consultants are both part of what we manage.
