Last updated: 6 October 2026

360Medicare is a healthcare recruitment, licensing and migration consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with teams in India, the United Kingdom and Germany. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

It applies to 360medicare.ae and to the candidates, clients and visitors we deal with through it.

The information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete an enquiry form, apply for a role, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect what you provide. Depending on the form, that includes your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, the service you are interested in, the role you are applying for, a link to your CV or professional profile, and anything you write in a message.

Information we need to deliver a service. If you ask us to manage a licensing, registration or migration application, we will need considerably more: your qualifications and transcripts, professional registration details, work experience and references, passport and identity documents, English test results, and similar records. We only ask for what the relevant authority requires for your application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This comes through cookies and analytics tools rather than from you directly.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and advise you on the pathway that fits your profile
  • To match you with employers and to submit applications on your behalf
  • To prepare, submit and track licensing, registration, visa and migration applications
  • To arrange exam preparation, language training and other Academy services
  • To keep you updated on your application and on opportunities relevant to you
  • To improve the website and understand which pages are useful
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Recruitment and licensing cannot be done without sharing your information. We share it only where it is necessary for the service you have asked for:

  • Employers — hospitals, clinics and healthcare groups considering your application
  • Regulators and verification bodies — for example DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SCFHS, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, AHPRA, the GMC, ECFMG/EPIC, DataFlow and similar authorities
  • Government and immigration authorities — where a visa or migration application requires it
  • Service providers — our website host, email provider, CRM and analytics providers, who process data on our instructions

Because we operate across the UAE, India, the UK, Germany and the countries we place candidates in, your information may be transferred outside the UAE. Where we do this, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop or limit how we use it
  • Stop sending you marketing messages — you can ask for this at any time
  • Transfer your information to another provider in a usable format

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer continue an application already in progress.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@360medicare.ae. We will respond without undue delay. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.

Depending on where you are, your personal data may be protected by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, or by the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation. If you believe we have handled your information improperly, please raise it with us first. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not proceed — up to 2 years, in case you come back to us
  • Candidate files — up to 5 years after our last contact, so we can approach you about suitable roles and so your verified documents can be reused
  • Placed candidates and client records — for as long as needed to meet contractual, tax and regulatory obligations

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used through Google Analytics. You can manage your choices through the cookie banner when you first visit, and change them later in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Keeping your information secure

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take the responsibility seriously, particularly given the sensitivity of the documents involved in licensing and migration.

Other websites

This site links to regulators, employers and other organisations. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.

Children

Our services are for qualified professionals and adult students. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be reflected here, so please check back from time to time.
